Hey everyone....Hoping someone on here might be able to help as Ford Sync Support and the Dealership have been no luck or the dealership wants to charge me which I think is ridiculous.

I have a F-150 2016 Sync 3 touch v1 without NAV. Every time I go to owner.ford.com and put in my vin and try to download the file to a USB it gives me this file # JR3T-14G381-AM and when I try to go through the instructions to install I get a message that this file is only good for Sync systems with NAV which I do not have.

I've had no luck in getting or finding the correct file for my truck. Does anyone have any guidance on this or can point me in the right direction. I just want to get it to a point where I can use Waze or buy the hub to start using CarPlay.

I searched around and this version will get you what you want. Definitely read the thread for yourself but based off feedback from a couple different forums who referenced the same download, this version is correct.
