Front speaker outputs carrying full range audio ?
2017 ford f150 non amplified 7 speaker system. Do the front door speakers and rear door speakers carry the full range of audio in the signal ?

Yes and no. The rears are full range, the fronts have a crossover that sends the highs to the tweeters in your pillars. But if you tap before the crossover, you'll get full range there as well.

So If I understand you correctly, If I were to tap the speaker wires in the dash I would be safely getting full range. However, The pillar tweeters are tapped off of the front doors then crossed over somewhere ? Lastly, For the benefit of others, Do you know where that takes place ? Thanks again for taking the time to respond Mike.
