i got a 2010 f150 with the factory siriusxm receiver, steering wheel controls, and microsoft sync. my current stereo is dying out on me and needs to be replaced, can i get a used stocker or are they vin locked and i have to buy brand new?

Will it fit your truck and have all the correct connections? Did you have SYNC before cause you will have to have the mic. Put it in and the worst is that the dealer needs to activate it.
