Default ‘25 non-B&O upgrade suggestions?

Looking for advice on which direction to go in…

I have a new 2025 F-150 with the base 7 speaker non-B&O

I am not an audiophile by any means, but like to ‘feel’ the music. For example, I have a ton of Sonos in my house and really like their sound, nice and deep, ‘warm’. I listen to everything from Taking Back Sunday to Nas, etc.

I had a 2015 F-150 in which I did the Ford Kicker upgrade (sub/amp and amp powering the stock speakers). I think that sounded decent

Not sure if I should just add a powered sub? Amp the speakers in the stock locations and replace them?

Looking to keep this around $1500 or so. Want this to be the least invasive as possible, don’t want to cut the rear carpet, move the factory jack or drill in to my doors for panels. As plug n play as possible

I upgraded my sons 2025 F-150 XLT non B&O system using the kicker 200.4 for the speakers, Kicker CXA 800.1 for the sub amp and the Kicker 48TRTP102 10" sub. I used the PAC APH-FD02 speaker wire integration harness. We needed the down firing sub because we dirt bike ride and needed to be able to put gear on top of the sub. Upgraded the speakers to JL C1-690/650's. Used the MTI amp rack and put the amps behind the rear passenger seat. System sounds great.
JL Speakers = $160 + $180
Kicker 800.1 Mono amp = $300
Kicker 200.4 Speaker amp = $300
LPHFD31 wiring harness = $40
MTI Amp rack = $120
Total = $1,100

@KennyMc Your system was the amplified, non B&O system I assume?

Anyone have any idea on a T harness for a non amplified, base system in a 2023? Possibly this one? PAC LPHFD31 locpro advanced T harness?

I stand corrected. I just looked at my sons and it is the LPHFD31 with the big brown square connection
