mtndew1, you've done some nice work! Good job! I did the same basic thing you did. I cut my ends and stacked them. The speaker baffle is full width, with the same end shape. I cut holes for 1/4 dowel rod to line everything up for glue up. Makes it a ton easier. Then, I glue the stacks. Once that dried, I added the back, front and internal divider. Once all of that dried, I built a 15 degree sled and temporarily attached the enclosure to it. Then I used a gantry to plane the surface flat. Net result is the enclosure has the slope of the bottom of the seat.

Your build looks very nice but there is an easier way to make a rounded corner for subwoofer boxes. I've done this a number of times and it works great and you can make any size corner you want. It's called Kerfing, a quick google search will provide videos and instructions on how to do it.

Thank you! I actually have a non-sub box use for this on an upcoming project I was struggling with. F150Forums is great ain't it?

Some will argue that kerf boxes are not as strong yada yada. I've seen some withstand massive power loads to huge subs. I agree kerffing is easier but only after having tried it a couple times. My first attempt I cracked the wood. Second time didn't get the right curve that I wanted. I'm pretty sure that cnc and router jig setup might actually be easier if you have the tools.
