you have satellite radio you should be good without the LOC or FOR11-CK harness for now .. that harness comes in handy when you are replacing all the speakers in the truck or if the harness is dead and you have to tap into the factory front speakers without cutting any wires.

all my speakers have been changed to aftermarket using all factory connections

Talking what I had wrong
what I did that didn't work...

RCA (Right) + and - both went to the - line from WPT1212
RCA (Left) + and - both went to the + line from WPT1212

What I did that fixed my issue was

RCA (Right) + goes to WPT1212 line +
RCC (Right) - goes to WPT1212 line -
RCA (Left) + goes to WPT1212 line +
RCA (LEft) - goes to WPT1212 line -

All good now!
