With Option 1 you'll need to have someone tune it unless you know how to do so. It's also a discontinued product and only select dealers had access to them. They are now doing the Key systems to replace them.

With either option I would be having @dhmcfadin tune the system regardless. I dont know if he is able to work with the kicker amp directly though. One big reason for me looking at the q class amp is that theres one less component in the system, but also the 6 channel out from from AMPPro would plug directly into this. With the external DAC, there is only front LR/Rear LR for inputs.

You only need Front L/R inputs. That is all most of us use. The rear can be kept for fade purposes via head unit, but that is it's only purpose.

Usually the extra inputs just give a couple of extra options that aren't really needed with a dsp.

If you are having Dom tune, then definitely the dayton dsp and amps of your choice.

Why are you stuck with kicker amps? The kicker keys are awseome amps, but the rest are just an amp and unless you really want to be brand loyal, there are some better options for ~$600.

I paid only $500 for my pdx-v9 AND pdx-f6 on the used market. So you can easily find better for less, especially if you are looking at used.

Or this brand new and a great little amp: https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item...-VAD11005.html

@jdunk54nl So made the decision and went with your suggestion on that little NVX Amp. Doing a 1/0AWG NVW wiring kit (Both Power and Ground(Running a dedicated ground due to resistance of the aluminum Chassis)) to two terminal blocks that will be on the amp rack. Got the AmpPro for behind the head unit and the Harnesses to connect to all of the speaker locations without cutting any factory harnesses. Due to money constraints at this time, I am just getting enough wired in to get the sub that I already have in. Later on as I get door speakers, etc, I can just easily wire that all in. I am not running with the DSP-408 atm, but will get one of those once I do the truck's speakers. Thank you to @papermaker for offering the mic for @dhmcfadin to tune the truck. By the begining of next year, I should have the money to finish the rest so I will for sure hit you up for that mic!
