The kits will work with all F-150 trucks with or without sync. It just wont retain Sync once you install a double din unit. Losing Sync doesn't matter when your installing a new double din unit that has carplay or android auto which has better functions.

it was a PITA but by sheer will, beer and a wife out of town she's in..My truck is a 2016 F150 XLT 2.7 with the tiny 4.3" touch screen with basic Sync..Most of the buttons on the SW work except the answer/hang up phone buttons and the activate hands free button.. Which i dont really care about because i use an app radio 3 and it mirrors my phone with full touch on the display..Im happy with it. The touch screen AC controls actually look nice(except the backlight on the physical buttons) for $600 i'd expect some quality LED's behind the buttons but they dont look like they are.. Also every time i restart the truck the stupid AC disables in car circulation(always on the off position when starting the truck)..The cool/heat settings stay where i left them though..They say the black color matches Fords bezel and although im okay with how it looks it 100% doesn't match the original color and texture of the OEM Bezel...any questions feel free to ask

back up camera it retained and the lines move when turning the wheel just like it always had..It connects with a single RCA jack..Everything is plug and play but damn it becomes a rats nest of wires and could be a little overwhelming for some but you'll get through it.no splicing.Only hard connections i had to make were power, remote, speakers, memory and my parking break bypass mod.You do not cut into ANY OEM wires in the truck(kit comes with a harness)

i was getting a nasty glare but here are some shots of the reverse camera as requested..Trying to show that the guide lines that move when you turn the wheel are still functional..Also i learned if you stay on max AC that in can circulation will stay on when you restart your truck..Also the answer phone button does work when you get an incoming call but hang up button doesn't.

**Also just a heads up. You'll notice my radio screen seems to be tilted up.It sits flush in the Bezel but my radio has a motorized adjustable face and when sitting in my truck one click forward seems better for my viewing

Brian, do you have a link to the dash kit wiring diagram or maybe have a pdf you could post...thanks!
Also was wondering on the steering wheel volume if it's as responsive as the factory radio..Ive had the pac controllers on other vehicles and they work but not as fast as factory

The button presses on the SWC actually feel faster than stock. One of the 1st things i noticed..The wiring digram was pretty vague and requires you to have some knowledge to what you're doing..Give me a minute and ill make a pdf for ya of what came with the kit

EDIT Added link to the install documentation https://1drv.ms/b/s!AhFXBm9L9aNl3hyFLTP99iAExwXE
