I had bought the scosche kit been installed about a month also and thankfully not had any problems. overall fit and finish was pretty good. Ive been happy so far but do like the look of the Metra kit better
Interesting... the directions with the pac unit show the 2 configuratuons that early on, Scosche couldn't even answer.. on the right is what they show... on the left is what I had, a black part .. pac labels it a sync module...I still have backup camera but ford stuck mine under the glove box...oh, Scosche updated the heck outta the instructions, lol, would have been nice a month ago

Where did you find the PAC unit? I tried the eBay link posted, but after I ordered it, the eBay seller emailed me saying it is on back order for "a few weeks", and every where else I looked said the same.

What's with all the pockets on the pac kit? Not sure I dig that. Can't wait for more pics. Would also be interested in the wiring as I am not sure I believe it won't work for the 8 inch folks.
I suppose I should call pac before I install it... this afternoon there were plenty available at different retailers....wonder of they all got pulled for a problem or just someone forgot to wait for the release?
