08 screw 2nd battery install help

I'm going to be installing dual batteries soon. Look at 12voltguy.com. I like his dual battery kit. It comes with a solenoid and switch panel.

For the battery, just get a nice deep cycle battery. Optima yellow tops are popular, but there are other good batteries that aren't so pricey

Yeah the only other thing I will need will be a voltage gauge for the 2nd battery and a deep cycle battery. I want to be able to monitor the battery voltage separately. I already have 4 ga wire and a battery box

I would probably upgrade the 4ga wire. Kind of a waste if your installing a high powered system and dual batteries.

My systems not that high powered I just want to be able to run it at tailgates and bonfires and stuff.

Deep cycle battery... Yellow top, blue top...

For the volt gauge i have a stinger... I can play for an hour and still be in thw 11-12v range... Im not the testy type so i dont go longer than that before starting the truck..

Is there an intake tube relocator that would allow us 04-08 guys to utilize the space by the driver fender for the extra battery?
