Default Yet another Noob

Hi!

I've been lurking on this site for over a year but just signed up a few days ago and picked up a leftover 2010 FX4 tonight.

I'm gonna try to keep this stock after heavily modifying a M3 and mildly modifying a 4runner.

I bought this mainly to haul dirt bikes to enduros and dual sports so any advice to make it more bike hauling friendly would be greatly appreciated. I think 2 in the bed and if I need to haul more, I have a 3 bike trailer.

I posted this pic in the new truck thread but thought I'd post it here too. It's a bad phone pic but it's the only one I got so far.

Thanks!

I'm on ADVrider and ktmtalk. I used to use thumpertalk until they got greedy and the whole site became an ad and not a forum.

I ride a 2004 KTM 950 adventure for long distance trips.

And a 2008 KTM 450exc for enduros and dual sport rides.

Thanks!

I signed up but haven't had time to poke around there yet. I barely had time to drive the new truck! I have about 70 miles on her now :-). I'm trying to restrain myself from modding the truck.

Will do. Name on there is the same as here, BobbyC.

I'm on the 3rd step of my program. Step 1 was my M3 with 15k in upgrades. Step 2 was my 4runner with only 5k in upgrades. I'm going to try to limit mods on this truck. Bikes are enough for now.

What else? Golf, scuba, mountain bikes, snowboarding, etc. I need to start finding cheaper hobbies.
