An 8700 lb. trailer plus whatever cargo you load into it will be pushing your limits and make your truck work pretty hard. Especially on large hills.

I just went thru all the trying to figure this towing stuff out about two months ago before I bought. I think I finally figured most of it out with the help of some guys on this Forum and a lot of on-line reading.
