Hey guys and gals. Just got into my very own 88 F150 300 inline 6 and I love it! Figured I'd join a forum to find out new and interesting topics.

Thanks! I will. It's got some vinyls from the tire shop I used to work at. Still deciding if I should peel them off. There's a good chance I will.

If you don't work there anymore, I vote get rid of them!

Welcome!

Thanks guys. How would you guys go about peeling them off? I've heard to get the vinyls wet then use a razor to get one edge up then peel them off. Also I've heard to use a hair dryer to get them warm then peel them off. I'm sure there's many more solutions, just looking for the best one to do a clean job.

I'd say warm it up... otherwise, you'd potentially be looking at ALOT of small peices to deal with.

Go to wal mart or auto zone and find a rubber eraser wheel... that goes on a drill and it will rip them right off there.....I have use them many a times on police cars ....
