Pulled the trigger!!!
Hello guys, just wanted to introduce myself on this awesome forum. Just like the title says, I bought a 2011 f 150 Lariat yesterday and LOVING IT!!! I traded in a 03 BMW 745Li. All I've ever owned were either sport cars or luxury sedans and this purchase was my first truck. After driving this thing around I dont think i could ever go back to driving a car lol! Awesome vehicle and I plan to be a regular here. Too much typing...time to order some parts!

Yeah it was tough getting rig of the flagship BMW, but i had to let it go. I was reaching high mileage (factory warranty expiring next week) and upkeep/maintainance on a 7 series is $$$$$$$. The tranny is showing signs of early failure and a replacement alone is about 6k. It was starting to leak oil from the head gaskets and that also is a $1800 job for the 745. Its an awesome driving machine but it I went ahead and cut my loses. Btw... No regrets.

Well good choice I've always bought Fords, and none of them have ever let me down yet.
I just replaced my 2000 Expedition with a new Race red F150 4x4 supercrew XLT,
with the 3.5 twin turbo Ecoboost motor. These new F150's are great, nice ride and super quiet.
