Default Newb here with a question

Hey yall great info on this site. Im not a Ford owner yet, but I am working on it. Ive been looking into getting an F150 used. I am currently a Titan owner and these things are night and day when it comes to the years. Some are great and some are junk. Im looking to spend under 25k which puts me at 2007-2010 trucks. Any help pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well I have an 08 which lands in the 04-08 category. Some have spark plug issues and iwe issues. Also 4 speed tranny. I'd try to find an 09 and up . Haven't heard of plug issues with those or iwe issues. Plus they upped the power in the 5.4 that year and added a 6 speed tranny

$25k would pretty much get you into a new 2012 if you didnt go overboard with options. Look on line for adeal in a state with little or no sales tax and if you have cash or pre aproved financing you should be able to deal for a left over 2012.
