Default New from SE Texas

I have a 97 ford f150 4x4 extended cab stepside that i have been trying to fix the turn signals and the fourwheel drive.

(1) the turn signals dont work outside or inside, i have changed all fuses needed, the relay under the right side of the dash and the multifunction switch.

The relay under the dash is has constant power in, the emergency flashers get power but not the turn signals. any tips
