New in the Ozarks
We live in Southern Missouri way out in the country in the beautiful Ozarks. We recently purchased our first new Ford, a 2009 F150 XLT Supercrew cab, 4wd. It is our only vehicle. With these Ozark hills a 4wd is a real necessity.
I am retired and we live "over the hill" from our daughter and her family. The grandkids can walk over any time. I'm into woodworking and antique Farmall tractors.
We love the new truck and I look forward to contributing to the forum.

I have been to Jackson, ridden the train and camped at Trail of Tears state park. Lots of fun.
Essex and Ellsinore are east of us and I have been through both of them when driving Route 60. I see you live in Springfield. We do most of our major shopping in Springfield, about 2-1/2 hours west of us.
