New from Orland Park, IL. I had a 97 F-150 XL standard cab 4x2 with the 4.2L V6. I recently bought a 2009 F-150 XLT supercrew cab 4x4 with the 4.6 3V. I love the new truck its my first 4x4 truck.

Just as bad as everywhere else. Im a commercial carpenter and were finishing the last high rises we got. Everything else is small jobs here and there, but enough to get by. I didnt want to spend the money, but the old truck was on its last leg.

Welcome, I know what you mean about spending the money. I love my truck but in this economy it gets hard sometimes making the payments. My old truck was 15 years old and had almost 300,000 miles when I traded it in. Drive 50+ miles to and from work every day and didn't know how much longer I would be able to depend on it, and I aint about to walk to work
