New guy from NY

Hello all. Just purchased a used 04 f150 super crew lariat. Any suggestions or helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. It already has a K&N CAI.

Trust me, we can recommend lots of mods for your truck, but be careful because that mod bug bites hard. Are you looking for performance mods or appearance mods to start out with?
