Hello all,

My name is Matt and just bought my first F150. I've been a Ford guy my whole life and have always had Rangers. Well I'm at a point in life now where I am just starting to be able to afford the cool toys and wanted a bigger truck for my soon to be bigger boat lol... So I found this:



2007 FX2 Sport. It has the 3v 5.4L V8, leather interior, the 20" wheel package, a nice Undercover tonneau cover and Ford bedliner. It has 89,000 miles and was very well taken care of by the previous owner (whom I'm told was a 70 year old man).

A little about me, I'm a 28 year old full time national guard soldier. Got back from Afghanistan in 2011. I work for the Florida guard as a small arms repair technician and I love it cause that's also my hobby. I've been lurking here on the forums since I started looking at F150s and now that I'm here, I figured I'd register and introduce myself.

Any suggestions? It's completely bone stock. I've never had a 5.4 before so this is definitely new territory for me.. I hear about cam phasers and 4 thread and 8 thread spark plugs....
