Default A New Guy

Hey all, happy to be a new member. Lurked for quite a long time and decided to finally sign up. Not currently an owner, but am to the point I'm waiting for the right one to come around and actively looking daily. 2015+ XLT Sport SuperCrew, having a terrible time deciding on Oxford White or the Metallic Gray but can't wait to have one of these in my driveway. Currently have an 01 Tundra and the upgrade can't come soon enough.

I'll follow up when I finally have one in my possession. See you around the forum!

Welcome to the forum! Picking up a 15 XLT in Oxford White is something we know a thing or two about, ask away if you've got any questions!

Welcome to the F-150 boards! Glad to have you join.

Any fun performance mods planned for the truck?

Almost 6 months later, but I can finally join the F150 club officially. Purchased a 2016 XLT Supercrew, 2.7L EB, oxford white and the sport appearance package. I can't drive it enough, loving it. Unfortunately my Tundra unexpectedly had a very serious issue with its frame that was luckily caught before things went terrible, so had to go shopping and found a great deal on the F150 an hour and a half away.

No planned performance mods yet, but would definitely like to do the basics. I haven't done any research on performance mods yet. I really just want a tonneau cover and a bed mat. Never had a vehicle newer than 8 years, so I'm really just looking forward to enjoying the truck.

The performance mod question reminded me to look into the truck's stock intake because mine had a K&N CAI. Nothing was mentioned by the dealer (not ford which is probably why) so I thought maybe it was stock. Looked it up and definitely not. I guess that's one mod I can scratch off my list.
