Default New in CT :)

Hello!

Coming over from the dark side (Chevy guy for 25 years :/) to see how it is over here. Just bought an ‘18 SCREW F150 XL STX in white. I am a contractor and will need a tool box, rack or some sort and love these leveling kits and larger tire combos so of course lots of questions. Very happy to have found this place!

Thinking of maybe making my own rack from aluminum so it can be removable and follow the lines of the cab...

Hoping to pick the truck up Tue if all goes well. It’s like Christmas Eve over here lol.

Anyway, Hi!

Ben

Sadly I have to scum it up with a rack for lumber (contractor) but will use a tracrac so its easily removable.

Got some floor mats and an organizer for under the back seat on order and working up the will to go for a small leveling kit then tires....

Welcome to the F-150 forum! Glad to have you join us.

Have any fun performance modifications planned for the truck?

New tires (275/60 KO2), 2” leveling kit, lumber rack (TracRac) are all happing this weekend. Not sure if those are performance mods but they are mods anyway! I am a contractor so need the rack despite how bad they look....

Thanks,
