Default n00bness here

Hi All-
A Major n00b here on the F150 forums.com. Bought my '07 Lariat just a couple weeks ago and I am lovin' it! Of course the Wife drives it every day to her job in Tampa and I get to drive the beater Dodge van to Sarasota. Excited about these forums and lookin' forward to learnin all kinds of good stuff about our beloved 150's.

What do you guys do to prevent rust on your nice trucks in WI? I lived in Ohio for about 10 years in the 80's and had an 87 Chevy Van go from new to rust thru in about 3 years. I am glad to live in Florida where they last forever now.

Welcome and nice Lariat Chrome Edition Are the chrome mirror covers stickons? I know they came on the truck but in the earlier years I think they were stick on chrome covers. If your not sure look and see if there flush with the bottom portion or not. Also did you add the pin stripe?
