Default Level kit opinions

I have a 2014 F150 two wheel drive looking to get a 2.5 inch level kit would it look weird if I got the leve kit before I get new rims and tires ? Please give me any ideas and advice I can do to my truck looking to do a few things to it . This is my truck currently , nothing fancy but I love it !!

Welcome. When I had my 08 I put a 2.5" leveling kit up front. Liked it for a week...Then added blocks in the back...LOVED it then. I am not a fan of having a truck or any rig sit "level". As soon as you put any weight in the back, your dragging your *** around. Plus the vehicle rides worse without rake. I would do a 2.5" up front and add an extra inch or so to the rear. It will work MUCH better.

I went with the Rancho quick lift and love it. Raised my front end 1.8 inches and it sits almost perfectly level

Did you have to trim at all witch I don't really mind doing and did you notice an impact on your gas at all thanks for any help really nice wheels btw

Mine is an FX4, so when it comes to trimming I am not sure what you will have to do. Mine were also 20 inch rims, but just switched out from the factory to these and then ran the BFG KO tires on her. As far as gas mileage it dropped a little bit, but she would get about 14.5 around town and then right at 21 on the highway and our speed limit here in Arizona is 75 on the interstate. I loved her in fact went with the same set up when I traded her in Feb 16 and bought a 16 Lariart FX4 and love the truck. Do miss the blue jean metallic color though.

I put 2.5 in up front and a 3 inch block in the back and I love it.

Welcome to the F150 boards! Glad to have you join.

Any fun performance mods planned for the truck?
