Default I've come to the Dark Side
Been a long time Chevy owner but could not pass the deal on this truck

1996
302
2wd w/ 3.55 gears and limited slip
5spd
55,000 miles



Look forward to utilizing the site. First project will be to install a tach tomorrow. Can't stand having a manual trans and no tach.

Anyone know the factory redline / rev-limiter setting for the 96 302? I haven't run it hard enough (and don't intend to) to find where they have the cut off set. Just curious.

Welcome to the dark side lol although owning a chevy to us is the dark side. But anyways well come! I would think the rev limiter would be around 6k

I think the rev limiter is at 5100 or 5200 .
