I am new.
Just purchased my third F150. I had a '91 short box 4X4 with the old 300-6 and a 5 speed. After a bought with a '95 explorer I went back to a pick-up, a 2000 F150 4X4, 5.4 extended cab. That was really a great truck, over 110K miles and still ran like new. With the help of this forum and the other one I was able to fix most of the normal issues with the 2000, odometer light, power door lock, smog sensors, etc. About two weeks ago I traded the 2000 in on a 2006 5.4, 4X4 supercrew XLT. I got a great deal even with my trade-in. I have already spent a few dollars getting a roll-up 'Trucksport" bed cover (great value). I need to get a bug deflector and mud flaps next. I will be looking for tires before the snow flys. Those 18 inch radius tires are huge dollars, I though the 17's on my 2000 were pricy.
Question, can I run 33 X 12.50 with out messing with the speedometer?
