Ok new here. I have used this site for years and a die hard ford guy. I finally joined so I couls share my project build. Im swaping a 5.9 cummins in a 994 f150 starting this weekend. I want to document it and post along the way so it might help others. I know...I have heard it all...yes it fits, no its not to heavy if you know what to beef up and spread the weight. This will be my 3rd one so I thought i would share the build.

Ok small update. I got the Allison 542 pulled off the Cummins and got the rebuilt zf 5 speed s5-42 mounted on with the small block adapter plate from an old bread van and the starter. Also threw in a 5 spring Hd clutch and new slave cylinder. Today I'm working on pressuerwashing, degreasing and painting the motor. I will start uploading pic when I get the 5.0 removed next week.
