Default Hey everybody

Hey everybody, I'm Mark from Va. Beach.. I just bought my 3rd F-150 4X4, it's a brand new black 08 FX4 with leather. It came with 20in wheels and a 35.7 gal fuel tank. I have installed a Delta series Flowmaster that sounds sweet and had the bed lined. I want to install a 2 1/2 inch front leveling kit as some of you have already done...question...which is best...metal or plastic..I have looked at just about all the kits that are available...does anybody know if this will void my warrenty?? Thanks and I look forward to meeting and chatting with you all.

Mark, welcome to the boards!

You Navy by chance? I'm active duty Navy and spent 9 years combined sea and shore duty in Va Beach.

As for leveling kits I'd recommend the Autospring kit, can usually be found on ebay for around $100 shipped to you door. No modification automatically voids your warranty. In able for the dealership to deny a warranty claim they have to first prove the modification is what caused the required warranty work.
