Hello From TN -NEWB
Hey y'all, just got a 2018 XLT in lightning blue with the max tow package, 3.5L V6 EcoBoost, first new truck ever. Still have a 96 Ranger and got rid of my 82 Chevy C10 last year. Love the truck, the Super Crew Cab is friggin huge and all the ports to plug in my devices is amazing. Used the Z plan from my father-in-law, along with 4500$ in rebates and 500$ first responder credit.
The only issue I've had with the truck is the trailer connected/disconnected glitch. Just cleaned the 7 pin and put dielectric grease in it, hope that fixes it, don't want to leave the truck at the dealership if I don't have to, too nice to let it sit there.
I've ordered a Tonno LoPro soft roll up cover and am planning on having a LineX bedliner put in soon. Blacked out the windows yesterday.
Looking for good advice on molded rubber floor mats (Ford, Huskey, Rough Country, or Weather Tech)?
Also considering an under seat storage box, I have looked at the Huskey and the DuHa, but was wondering if there are other better ones out there.
What are some easy/cheap mods that I could do that would improve an already great truck driving experience?
Thanks in advance to everyone on this forum that provides useful and insightful knowledge.
GOD BLESS
