Default Engine dies at 40-60 when you gasit for 3-5 sec then pick up like it should.

I have a 05 F150 XLT 4X4 5.4L. The truck has a great take off, however if I am driving let’s say around 40 MPH or so and give it allot of gas (not floored) the truck / engine will die out for about 3-5 second. After 3-5 seconds of nothing, the truck will pick up speed like it should. I do have dual exhaust, two catalytic converters no cross over pipe. Dealer Replaced spark plugs and supposedly the throttle body. Any thoughts to why and how to fix this is appreciated.
