Hello, I need help diagnosing engine problem. I have a 2008 F150 XL 4.2L this week I got a check engine light, scan showed #3 Spark Plug issue replaced plug, still runs rough, idle is rough, seems to knock and bog down while driving. Any help is appreciated.
