Hello from central Ca.

Just got my first F150. my first truck was a 92 Ford Ranger, had that truck for 20 years. then it was a 2006 Ranger. Now a 2019 F150 Platinum

Yes. about 35 miles south of San Jose, or about 30 miles north of Monterey.

Yeah it’s ridiculously expensive there and anywhere on the Central coast for that matter.

Spent 25 years in the Modesto/Turlock area...worked in Monnterey, Hotlister, Gilroy, and all over the Bay area., building bridges, general crane work...and spent most of a summer helping rebuild the cliffs at Cypress Point golf course back in the 90's.
