Default Another Eco-boost in Alberta

Hey guys,

Stopping by to say hello. Just picked up my new toy today. Specs off the lot:

2014 F150 FX4 EcoBoost
- 402A
- FX Appearance Package
- Moonroof
- Wheel well liners
- Max tow
- Spray in bed liner
- Bakflip box cover (not in picture)

Probably going to be putting in a small 3" lift and bigger tires on it ASAP. Otherwise spending some time here to see what my options are for upgrades.

See y'all around

Nice truck. I saw your post on the other forum we frequent together. This place is a little quicker. 20 or 30 pages a day.

Welcome to our dysfunctional little family. That's me in the middle, you're gonna fit right in.

That's a great looking truck! Hit me up when you get started with mods. I can hook you up with lifts, lights, and pretty much anything else you could want! One of my favorites would be a good set of backup/auxiliary lights. Like these!

And I don't blame you! Damn they look good done up like that! (that's not to say stock height trucks don't still look fantastic though...)

My dad is up in Calgary working for Fluor. You may not see their name, but you will definitely see their work out in the fields!

Yeah Fluor is still pretty big around here. Calgary is a nice place to live overall. Not if I was a billionaire but OK for now.

CompletelyNumb, I would say at least some aggressive tires and good offset rims really set it off. I would like to get a set of P.T.M. flares next. I did a 'puck' lift on my last F150 and it screws with the geometry too much. I did a 3". Maybe a 2" is OK. Personally if you want a lift do a Rough Country 4". Those look wicked. But it always comes down to the tires:

Did you get any tint done or just 3M?
