Default 2nd cat

i have a 1994 f150 5.0 have only 1o2 sensor and looks like 2 cats i want to remove 2 nd cat but replacling front pipe and front cat will it pass pa inspection and can it be done

I though in pa after a certain year you did not need emmissions

Pretty sure it federal law that does not permit cat removals, so state law will follow.

I live in PA and whether or not you can get away with it depends on where you take it to get checked, if you know what I mean.
