Default 2023 leveling kits

I just bought a 2023 F150 XLT FX4. What leveling kit should I buy? I also want to install a roadactive suspension kit for pulling my camper.

you should probably look into a loaded adjustable coil setup that allows you to go ~2.25" up front. Lots of options like Fox (Ford Performance), Falcon, or Bilstein. You definitely want the matching rear shocks on any of them.
As for the RoadActive... spend the extra $$ on the HD version. When tension is added you can net ~2" additional lift in the rear.
Looking at around $2,800 worth of components prev listed.... then a few 8 hours worth of install time and an alignment.
Then reposition your headlights... they will definitely be off.

The vertex 2.5? Because thats only 1/2 of what you need.

forget I replied... I thought you were asking a "serious" question.

Pucks and blocks are for hacks.

there are years and years worth of drivers using the pucks, if they didn't, nobody would make em. They aren't hacks.

OP, do you want an easy install, then a 2.5" coil spacer will work fine.
If you want a full setup, Fox, Ford Performance, Eibach make complete coilover solutions.

How much suspension work have you done to your truck? And which component(s) have you used?
If pucks & blocks are included in that group... please pardon me whilst I chuckle.
