2017 APIM Module problem??

2017 APIM Module problem??
I'm sure this has been covered multiple times but cannot not seem to find it. I am having the usual problem with my radio lag and navigation. Everything I have read is I need to replace the APIM module. Can someone that has gone through this process please respond and let me know where to get one and the procedure. I appreciate any help. Thanks.
