Default 2013 Ruby Red Limited Eco Boost

I just love the power this truck has. I cannot wait to tow my boat(26 foot Rinker Cuddy) this summer. This truck rides so good for a truck and I just love all the features except for the 22 inch summer only tires it came with. I had to get a set of 17's and got some snow tires so I could get any amount of traction this last winter. Currently I'm only getting 15.5 mpg's on the freee way with 10k miles. This seems like its a bit low but what is everyone else getting? This is a picture of when we got it last December. Bought it right off the showroom floor.

Man that's a killer looking truck. And that interior is gorgeous. What grade fuel are you burning? Your mileage sounds quite low. I've got a 5.0 and I'm averaging around 17 around town and 20 on the highway.

Yes, that is a very beautiful truck. Mileage is going to vary based on how you drive and various other conditions. I get excellent fuel economy but mine is a 2WD truck and I'm light on the throttle generally.

The EB will suck gas when youre in boost

I'm using 87 octane because that what Ford says to use. My Co worker has a 2013 long bend Super crew with a 5.0 and he gets 20 on the highway. Yes that interior is very nice. Those seats are super comfy and you can adjust them to just how you like it. I really like the power fold running boards as well. Keeps the slush that the mud guards didn't catch off them in winter.

yeah I suppose the 3.73 gears don't help either.
I went on a trip recently and set the cruise and never went above 15.5 and that was after resetting it to update every five mins and reset the calculator at highway speed.

Very nice...my fx4 Eco with 3:73s is averaging 16.5. Not much better. Crappy winter gas and cold weather.
