Default Microfiber towels

Hey guys I wanted to share an opinion on towels. First of all I hate lint residue on my windows and my current towels always leave something behind. Secondly my existing microfiber towels seem to repel water. I personally don't use automatic car washes but on occasion I use one for my mother's car. I really liked the towels at the car wash so I did a little investigating. I found out which towels they were using and ordered some. I thought the price was very reasonable so I ordered some. If anyone is interested the part number I ordered is below and the website is also listed. I am not affiliated with this company in any way other than being a customer. Let me know if you have any questions.

There are MF towels designed for paint and towels for glass
Neither are designed to work on the other
Probably why you have had issues and if your towels leave lint-- you need a better quality towel
My towels run around $6 each for paint

I'm not using these for waxing. Although I respect your opinion I find they work great for light drying after washing and cleaning windows.

That # brings up nothing when I search it on that site.

Those look like pretty standard microfiber towels. For general use microfibers, I like to get the 36 pack at Costco. It's about $15 and they are surprisingly plush. Short nap on one side and a slightly longer nap on the other.

I would use those towels for interior cleaning, but not paint or glass. Same with the Costco / Sams Club towels, but I'm somewhat particular about my towels...

They work great on glass and light drying after washing. I use a blower for most of the water removal. Each to his own.

What's your go-to drying towel? I have a couple that I got from the auto parts store. I think the brand is Platinum or something like that. They're good but I'm sure there's better.

I have several PFM towels from Griots. I always heard about Autofiber dreadnaught towels and got some to try, but I was less than impressed and think the griots towels blow them out of the water. They’re not cheap, but they’re a great towel.
