Default Gave Collinite A Try

So I washed, dried, clay bar'd, then sealed the paint and finished with Collinite 845. If the wax lasts then I'll be mildly impressed, cause it didn't go on and come off as easy as others I've used. Has a pretty good shine, results attached, and seems to be a pretty good product. I like Jax Wax a lot better though.

Beautiful scene for your pic, temps may and do play a factor I tried to put another coat on it was just to cold it did not respond well. If you have a heated garage etc should not be a problem.

Colonite is my winter prep LSP. The key for me is two super thin coats spaced a few hours apart. It makes a winter wash easier and will....no joke....get you through the winter.

Come April you'll still see beading, look at your nearly full bottle of Colonite and be happy.

Is it the most shinny super sexy wax ever? No. Is it well priced for a fantastic shine and hard to beat protection? You bet.

I too am jealous of your backdrop...

Truck looks great!

Collinite 845 needs to be applied thin, thin, THIN! Once you apply it a couple times, you'll quickly get the hang of it.

Here are a couple tips for proper application of Collinite 845:

Thanks for tip Autogeek (I'm a customer).
I don't have a polisher like the one pictured in the link, but apply by hand. I do have 1 speed buffer that takes a bonnet, is this OK to remove the wax using a micro fiber bonnet? thanks.

I find it best to remove by hand. If you want to put a wool bonnet on and hit it again once the wax is removed, you can. But you need a clean towel/bonnet to remove, so a 9-10" bonnet will have to be changed numerous times if you use it for removal. Otherwise it will just clog up.

That concrete drive in front of the truck goes 300' down to the road, I'll be paying on it for a while.

Once the wax dries to a haze, you can remove it with a microfiber bonnet on a buffer.
