i like the idea about the hidden or locked thread... but i do see where people would end up staying in there and not contributating to the forum...i kno a few of us end up staying in one thread chit chatting ...but i do still watch the forum... as im on it like 9 hours a night/morning haha......

This is a Forum I frequent. It's pretty small and is made up of mostly banned members from f1homo online. Anything goes. I'm not trying to poach members or anything. Just saying.

I'm on a couple sites you pay, or donate to the site to gain access to a private, or "Underground" forum.
One of them the members tend to hang out in, the other they post in now and then.
It depends on the nucleus of the membership as to how this forum works out.
