Polls change
Why are the polls permanent? They do change, and you should be able to change or remove your vote as appropriate. Sprinter-source.com allows this and it works great.
Take for instance, did you vehicle have a problem in X, X, or X amount of miles? the miles will change, but the polls are fixed, it makes them not very informative over the long run.
