Did my own browser testing on this issue, never really noticed it before but now I do. In Chrome the pics seem to blur for about a sec and a half then clear up, with both IE11 and MS Edge it's more like a split second for them to clear, noticeable difference in speed when looking for it. Firefox was the fastest of all of them, the pics loaded almost instantly.

Ran these browser comparison tests on a pc not a mobile.

Never had a problem with blurred pictures. They are all blurred while loading but after they load up in a couple seconds they're fine. My guess is slow internet speed and device speed.

It appears we are still having some minor issues with iOS devices and the blurred-to-clear progressive loading.
