My password quit working, so I went through the change process.

Every time I get the temporary, and then change it to my permanent, the new permanent password no longer works and I have to start over.

I did it three times. Right now, I'm just sticking with the temporary that was assigned during the change. It works fine.

 

Sometimes servers act up and won't save certain information such as new passwords. Try again in a little while and see if it takes.
