Default Iphone app - duplicate post message

I get the duplicate post error with every post I make from my iphone. Anyone else having this error? I can still post, but it displays the error , I press OK, then "cancel" out of making a post. Still does post.

Dude. All the time. If I try to post a pic I get a parse saying the forum app is out of date. I usually just delete the app and reload. It works again right away. Sometimes a day goes by and sometimes a week before it happens again.

I've had the same issues. What works every time for me is I just delete the app and reinstall it.
