Is there a section for forum members to post forum issues and solicit help? If there is, can someone post the link to it??
I am a premium member ( Paid $ ), and am so for the EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE to have the ability to have a LARGE private message box, & I think that its in the neighborhood of 5,000. Just prior to this post I went to reply to a PM and an error message came up and stated that the message was not sent because my inbox was full, which I know for a fact CANNOT be accurate, I have maybe 200 MAX
Can someone here PM a Admin or mod to direct them to this thread & help me out?

I am 99.99999999999999999999999999% sure that I paid on Aug.4th--- $25 and selected that I did not want the free pint glass

I can't fix your problem. It's above my paygrade. Only IB can fix it and they handle all the finances, we don't. My role here is to forward to them your situation and frustration. I fully understand your concerns and I will keep at them until it gets resolved.
However, I have already contacted them again, early this morning as I saw they haven't resolved your issues. I did see they have been looking into your account.
They are on the west coast, so hopefully, they will get with you when they clock-in this morning.
I wish I could tell you more, but the ball is in IB's court, at this point.
