Since I can't reply to mine; Didn't it expire a year ago when you didn't send anything you said you would and didn't bother to say anything the times you were asked about it? Who is it that expired?

Is this in regard to your Supporting Membership that recently expired? If so, are you saying you didn't receive the Membership items?

That's right. At first they were out of stock then nothing. The stuff didn't matter. The indifference did.

I emailed the team earlier today to reach out to you on this as I can't directly assist since I'm not on the membership side.

I didn't expect the response from you I did get but I thank you for the time and effort. At first when anyone did bother with this it was from moderators and when nothings changed, that's who I was referring to. It's not as though they've all been absent.

We had a big delay in receiving the membership items from our supplier due to the coronavirus. we've caught up on most of the membership items as of last week, so you might see yours in a couple of days. Please PM me if you're still missing items by this time next week.

LOL Wait, wait, wait! Please don't try to tell me there has been a virus delay since June of 2019. There was no virus then. That's more insulting than the indifference or being ignored. Also, if this stuff comes from you I need to apologize to "moderators." I assumed this was all about them since they were the ones that responded a year ago. But, it was IB staff that couldn't bother with this a year ago? You still don't get what this is about and why my support has expired. It has nothing to do with getting "stuff."

It sounds like you were one of the many membership accounts that might have fallen through the cracks--the marketing person in charge of that at the time was let go........for not really following through on their job description (like sending out membership items). During the vacancy I did my best to catch everyone up on their items from the records we had available, but it sounds like yours might have been missed. Generally most people that reached out to any of the moderators or myself should have gotten their items.

It's correct that Moderators are not involved with the membership subscription/package. Moderators help enforce site guidelines to promote a healthy community so that members can use the site to exchange and receive information to help each other with their Ford truck. IB (Internet Brands) is the parent company that owns F150Forum.com and provides the membership package as well as provides the hardware, software and support required to run the site as active and large as F150Forum. Internet Brands owns and operates numerous websites like F150Forum. They have different departments - some are in tech team, some are in community management and some are in the membership/advertisement department.

If you don't hear back about your membership, let us know.
