I recently upgraded my truck and changed my avatar to my current F150. In my user screen it is changed, but I noticed on posts my 2010 FX4 i still showing for me. Please advise if I'm missing a step. Thanks

 

you'll have to talk to LENN, the big man!!!! he's the big cheeze here and i noticed that his posts have a "pink dolphin" which his profile page shows a pic of him in the sunset.

When you did User CP, Edit Avatar, did you upload from a website or directly from your computer?

One issue a lot of people run into is they try to upload a picture that is too large for the avatar but it will say Upload Failed then...

 

I created a small pic, and it was uploaded and shows when I click on my user name. I have no indication that there is an error, but it's not being used in my posts. I guess I need to go to the big man!

 

Looks like you may have uploaded it as your profile pic, not your avatar.

 

Interestingly enough I seem to have been able to change it using the iPad app. Thanks guys.
