I doubt we will be switching from a free mobile app to a payed mobile app. Also I am not aware of a better app besides Tapatalk but its barely better than Forumrunner IMO. What issues are you having anyways? Forum runner works really well for me on my iPhone and it worked fine on my POS droid too.

Constantly crashes, especially while uploading photos. I usually have 3rd or 4th attempts when I post a picture. I figured there would never be a switch because the site would lose traffic from the cheap skates, but worth a shot.

Have you trashed the app then re-installed it? I know that would help sometimes when I had my stupid droid.

FWIW- my Droid would need to have the app trashed and reinstalled about once a month. Now, on my iPhone I have not had any problems.

X2 every once in a while this app screws up on my iPhone but it's pretty good for the most part.

The app has gotten way better for the iPhone, I remember one time when it never wanted to work and it would always crash, and it happened for like a couple weeks, but now it's way better! Still has little things here and there, but nothing that I haven't gotten used too haha

FWIW I know a guy that designs apps for both the android market and apple and he has said there is a reason apple app's tend to work better. The reason is that the format for the apple apps have not changed over the years as far as screen size and other parameters which I didnt understand so they are able to streamline the apps so much smoother. For the android market because there are so many different kinds of android phones they have to make basically a universal app. Some phones it works perfect on and others it wont at all. Thats just the nature of the beast in the android world, they are outdated within weeks of being released.
