To have to find a mute button on an ad every time you load a page is very annoying. They really destroy the browsing experience and it's going to be a shame when people started visiting the forum less or not at all because of those ads.

If others despise ads, especially those with sound, as much as myself this has the potential to really do a number on the forum's hits.

I haven't seen any of those sound ads on the forum yet but I have seen/heard them on other sites. There annoying especially when your listening to music in the background or watching a video on that site.

I had about a half hour window earlier tonight where the ad at the bottom of the page played sound. I believe it was Finish dishwasher detergent and one other I don't recall. Had to find the mute button on the ad every time I loaded a page or hit the back button.

Got the Lysol one today several times. Really irritating.

Download Firefox, then the adblock plus addon. No more ads at all. Voila.

2nd that but from what i heard f150 forum dose not allow those kind so they are going to be taking care of them

Thanks for the suggestion. I was already using Firefox and had no idea about the extra ad protection. Works great!
