I like the look of the Raptor grill and hood as well. Better than my XLT grill....but....I can't afford to go changing it and I didn't need the Raptor

 

Not sure if those parts are interchangeable
I thought the raptor was several inches wider ?

 

It is, but I believe the main structure is the same, they suspension and fenders are wider. So the hood should be the same width. But I could be wrong.

 

Look at a head on. The body width is in the fenders and bumpers. Grill and hood are the same opening.

mcfarm was right. I'd like the look of the Raptor, but don't really need the performance. I'm still considering the Raptor, but it's an argument of need vs. want vs. cost vs. cool points vs. the wife. Hmmmmmmm. Which ever I decide it will be a super crew since I have kids and a dog.
